animated clips

I have downloaded several animated clip arts into my clip art file. When I
copy/paste them to my web page doc they do not animate???
 
Add them to a Powerpoint presentation, save it as an web page and then get
the animated gif files from the supported files folder.

Do you use PowerPoint 97? You need version 2000 or newer to display animated
Clips. And even there they are only shown in slide show view, not in normal
view.

What is the version of Internet Explorer you are using?
What is the version of PowerPoint?

Did you download all the available updates to Office and Windows?

Did you intend to post this to the PowerPoint News Group, or were you
looking for a different one?
