Analyze it With MS Excel

In the Access application I support (but didn't create) the user has an item
in the Tools submenu entitle "Analyze it with Microsoft Excel". Is this an
Add In or a custom menu item. And if it 's a Custom Menu item why doesn't it
appear when I run the program from my PC?

This is built in Access.

Look under Tools, Startup.., and check the box titled "Allow Full Menus."
This will allow you to see the Excel button.
