Hello. I am working with an Access database, and I have instructions here of
what I need to do to generate some reports. The first step is to click
"Analyze It with Microsoft Excel", but I can't find where this is. Can
anyone help me please?

Thank you,
Molly

Hi Molly,

If you are using Access 2000, 2002 or 2003, and you have the standard
toolbar displayed, hover over each toolbar button. One of them (approx. in
the middle of the toolbar) will display a tooltip that reads "OfficeLinks"
when you allow the mouse to hover over it for a few seconds. You should also
see a small dropdown arrow just to the right. Click on this dropdown arrow.
In addition to whatever default choice you see, such as "Merge It with
Microsoft Word", you should see two other choices: "Publish It with Microsoft
Word" and "Analyze It with Microsoft Excel". The toolbar button will display
your last choice.
