Analysis ToolPack For Excel 2002

I have Windows XP with Excel 2002. I need to install Analysis Toolpack but I
can't find it. I only find it for Excel 2003. Will this work in Excel 2002?
or where I can find it for Excel 2002?

Run Office setup again and install it fron the CD
