G Gord Dibben Mar 19, 2004 #4 Yo You need two files to run the Analysis Toolpak add-in FUNCRES.XLA ANALYS32.XLL ATPVBAEN.XLA is the VBA add-in for Analysis Toolpak and you may or may not need it. These should both be in your Office\Library\Analysis folder. If not there, do a search on your computer. If not found you would seem to be out of luck since you don't have the original disks. You could try here to download the XL 97 versions of these files. http://www.stat.jmu.edu/trep/Marchat/sp2001/Library.htm Gord Dibben Excel MVP
