I would like to know how to fix this problem, My out box has a message in it
and I can't delete it or move it or anything with it. I can't even send
messages, All my incoming mail goes directly to the junk box. I need help to
fix this. What do I do.

I have the same problem with one of my message also in my Outbox; I can't
delete or do anything with it..
I too would like to know how to resolve this issue!

However, as for all your messages going to your junk mailbox, this may well
be your Message Rules settings, or your server Junk Mail settings being too
sensitive!

I have 32 Bit Vista, yet when I download this file, and run it, it says this
is not for my system??

WTF??

Use the Microsoft fix:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090
"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a
computer that is running Windows Vista"

That page offers two download options. Unless you know for sure
you have 64-bit Vista, use the 32-bit option.

I don't know why it would say that, unless your problem is different
than the one related to stuck emails.

For the undeletable message, download and install this fix, with Windows
Mail
not running:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folders. If you don't know whether to use the 32-bit version or
the 64-bit version, try the 32-bit version first. Certain common
antivirus programs, such as most of those from Norton or McAfee,
tend to cause such problems, although seldom immediately, so if you
have such a program, remember where to find the fix - you are likely
to need it again. A recent version of Trend's antivirus program also
causes assorted problems in Windows Mail.
