An exception occurred . .

.. . while trying to run "C:\windows\system32\shell32.dll, Control_RunDLL
"C:\windows\system32\inetcpl.cpl", Internet Options".

This thing showed up on my screen after I clicked on the "delete" to clean
up the temporary internet files. What can I do to correct this problem?

install of IE....
