My Nortan 2005 is indicating that this file living in system32 is a Trojan
Horse. I removed it, but at bootup, it is always trying to be executed. Any
idea what the deal is? I tried to remove the call to it via msconfig, but it
keeps coming back.

Thanks

Googling for that file name brings up nothing, so I would believe your
NAV 2005. Many types of malware will respawn with different names
and/or have a "guard" program that replaces the malware when deleted.
Go through the following malware removal steps systematically:

You will see that it is crucial you do all scans with updated tools in
Safe Mode.
