AMD Geode GX 333 : VGA driver

Dear all,
I have a SBC from ICP : IOWA-GX( Half-size SBC with AMD GX 466 processor
333Mhz, CRT/LCD,LAN, Audio and onboard 128MB DDR RAM ).
I search the VGA drivers for Win98-Me.
Somebody know where I can found this driver.
I search on the AMD site , but nothing
