am using readymade FP design/template for my website - hoe do I now:

a - change some of the links behind the readymade/template boxes (i.e. Home,
Feedback etc)

b - how do I change some of the wording in some of the link boxes (i.e.
Home, Feedback etc.)

This is done in Navigation. You can rename, and move the structure around from there.
