AM & PM

This is crazy. I cannot get the clock in Date and Time to set to PM.
Only to AM. What could be causing this ? I am hooked to the Internet
through a Firewall and Email Server but I am able to use third party
software to check the time and it sets itself with correct time. WHen
I go through Control Panel to Date and TIme it is in AM and no amount
of monkeying gives me a PM time.
Your suggestions ?

Wrong Place !

Did you try control panel/region and language options/regional
options/customize/time

For PM format change to hh:mm tt
The tt gives you AM or PM otherwise you just get the 12 hour format without
the descriptor
