Always received same double messages whenever retrieved incoming mails.

Please advise how to solve this 'always received same double messages
whenever retrieved incoming mails.

You could give a clearer description of the problem.

If you get all the incoming messages, but two copies of each of them,
it's likely you have duplicate accounts set up in Windows Mail, and
need to delete one of them.

If you get the same two messages every time you download messages,
but not all of the incoming messages, you need to log onto the mail
server using webmail, and delete those two messages and perhaps
the next oldest message also.
