alternative to Startupmonitor?

hello guys,

something that works like startup monitor?
runs in the background and asks for the any startup registration for
confirmiation

however, i am looking for something with manybe more options?

Thanks Stacy, very interesting. With SnoopFree it appears to be very
light on resources & does a good job.

ISTR that there is something which does this in Spybot. Was it
called TeaTimer or something like that?
