Altering Column Width Of Web Based File Directory Listing...

When hyperlinking to a directory listing on the web, is it possible to
adjust the column widths of the file information in the directory listing.
Currently, the first field FILE NAME is being truncated, so is difficult for
user to identify what file actually is unless he clicks on it directly and it
prompts for download or save. The last field DESCRIPTION is the longest but
as I was told yesterday - it does not apply to a directory list - and so
can't be set to describe the files.

Anyways, is it possible to alter the column widths?

Help would be very much appreciated.

Since you are not in the same thread as before, I don't
know exactly what was covered with you before.

My suggestion would be to create another web page with
links to the files in your directory. This way you could
title them what you want and put them in a table of any
width you choose.
