Alter properties of pop-up form

I accidentally set a form to pop up and now I want to view it in design mode
and alter its properties - but the toolbar has disappeared. Can anybody help?

Unless you have also made some changes to the "StartUp" properties of your
database, you should be able to right click on your form and select the
"Design View" option.

If you have made changes to the "StartUp" properties of your database then
hold down the Shift key when you open the database and continue to hold the
shift key down until the databse has loaded. Then you can change the Startup
properties and make modification to your form.
