how do i get them in alphabetical order once i have them
all typed in? i'm lost and confused. thank you kim

Highlight your list and then select "Table" from your toolbar and then
select "Sort" and it will alphabetize them for you.

Please ask this question in another group, for instance,
microsoft.public.word.newusers

There they will ask you for some details about how you
have the data in your document. There are several ways
for you to organize your data and the answer depends on
what your file looks like.

May I suggest visiting http://www.collectorz.com/movie/. They have some
great programs for organizing Books, Tapes/CD's, and VHS/DVD's. They also
search relevant databases such as IMDB, Library of Cogrees, and ISBN and
can fill in much of the info alavaible such ass. Artist, Publication Dates,
Label, Album/Book Covers, And etc.

They are very good prorams and save a hell of a lot of typing :)
