When I click “Properties†> “Permissions†the list of people I have entered
is displayed in chronological order (the order I entered them). How can I
alphabetize this list?

Edit the registry MRU that contains the list.

Sorry Brian...What's a registry MRU? Where is it? How do I edit it?

"MRU" means "most recently used". "Registry" refers to Windows Registry and
you use regedit to edit it. You should make a backup of the keys in the
registry that you decide to change prior to changing them. Use the "Find"
function in regedit to locate one of the strings in the list you're talking
about and see that they all appear. If they do, you've found the correct
list. You should be able to rearrange them to your liking there. However,
as soon as you enter another, it will be no longer ne alphabetized, since an
MRU, but definition, is chronological.

Thanks for your help Brian.
