You must access your Favorites not by using the Favorites button or the folder
view (at the side) but by going to the word Favorites on the menu bar (between
the View menu and the Tools menu). It is from the drop-down list accessed only
here that you will able to right-click any item and see the menu containing the
"sort by name" feature. This should arrange your favorites into alphabetical
order.
