Allow users to easily add/select signature for single email

Your on-line docs state you have to copy and paste in a signature to a single
outgoing Outlook email or set up a default signature for ALL emails. I do
not want to have a default signature, but want to choose to add a signature
to 20% of my outgoing emails. You need an EASY way to do that. Be able to
select and insert a signature on right-click menu would be the common sense
thing to do. Outlook Express has that functionality.

The docs are woefully inadequate. If you want to be able to insert a
signature into a WordMail message manually, you can create an AutoText entry
for each signature. You can then insert them with the Insert | AutoText
command.

Or, create multiple signatures the normal way (Tools | Options | Mail
Format) and make one the default. If you want to use a different signature
for the current message, right-click the signature that Outlook inserted
automatically. From the pop-up menu, select either the name of the signature
you want to use or E-mail Signature to create a new one. I personally prefer
this technique. This is also the technique you need to use if you want
Outlook 2003 to automatically change your signature when you switch accounts
on an unsent message.

The AutoText Concept is not terrible and will be the solution i select,
however it should be as easy as in Outlook 2K and at least should be an
automatic autotext entry, under "signature" just like one would assume...
This will have to be added at each machine - yes? Or is it stored on teh
server? We are people who don't want to have every forward and reply contain
90% signatures and 5% content...

As I said earlier, the most convenient solution for WordMail, IMO, is to use
a default signature for everything. It can be as little as "--".

Signature files are always local to each user. AutoText is stored in the
user's Normal.dot template.
