Allow Row to Break Across Table

We are using a database which merges fields into a word table to create
resumes of each record. The merging process works fine with the page breaking
mid-row with a row with multiple paragraphs. However, when these merged
documents are copied into a larger report, the row will only break at the
top, and not mid-row in the midst of the paragraphs. The Allow Row to Break
.... command is checked, but does not respond.

Is there some other setting we are missing, either in the style sheet, Tools
/ Options, etc. that would make this functionality work once these documents
are copied into the larger report? I've read all your other posts about KWN,
etc. and none of this seems to work.

Thanks, KM

Is the setting "Keep with next" in Format > Paragraph > Line and Page Breaks
tab turned on for the paragraphs? This could result in the situation you
describe.

No, as I said, we read the prior posts about KWN and have disabled this
feature throughout the paragraphs in this row.
