R Roady [MVP] Apr 21, 2009 #2 Compose your message in red? If you are talking about having them show up in read in the mail list; you can't. Automatic Formatting is a receiver's option, not a sender option. You can set a priority for the message when sending it.

Change the "Due by" to be the current date. It should change the color when it is received as well as give the receiver a pop-up reminder.
