Allow Insert of objects onto Protected Worksheet

Is there a way to have protection enabled on selected cells whil
allowing other users the flexibility to insert pictures or objects on
worksheet
 
Uncheck the "OBJECTS" box while doing the ProtectSheet procedure.....
