Allow customisable page layouts in design templates

It'd be great to be able to customise the individual layouts within a design
template - i.e. adjust the area that the pictures take up, etc. Currently
only the basic 'title and text' slide can be modified in the slide masters.

This is an often-requested feature. To some degree you can do this already.

- The picture/chart/other layouts inherit the size of their content area from the
size of the body text placeholder on the master

- In PPT 2002 and later, you can have multiple masters, so ...

Create a new master just for, say, charts; change the body text placeholder size
on the master and voila, you have what amounts to a customized chart layout.
