allow access to my spread sheet to another person

How do I allow another person to make change to my spread sheet if I send it
them via email.????

They would make changes, then send it back. Then you would save the
new version somewhere and not get it confused with the original
version.
 
If the workbook is not protected and if the other person has Excel installed
there should be no problem.
