All Windows open minimized

Hello,I`m in a slump..When I use my "FAVORITES" button to open a link all the windows open minimized in the task bar..And when I left click on them to open the window it end up in the left hand corner of my screen still minimized..I have to right click and use maximize in the menu!! Can anyone give me an idea on what is going on and how to fix it??

I think i've seen another post which was similar, and the response was
something like this; Use your mouse to drag the corners of the "Small"
window, till it fills your screen; Then, at the top, File, click close
(While holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard)...when you open another
window, it should be normal...I hope I got that right...I've never tried it,
so I was reciting it from memory. Good luck.
