I have just got my first XP computer and have set up
accouts for my family of five, my wife and I are full
access and the three children are restricted. I have set
up outlook express on my account to recieve all e-mails
in one hit, but I cannot find out how the others get
access to this. What I want is for the e-mail icon to
refer all five of us to the same account so any of us, or
at least my wife and I, can get all the e-mails into the
one account. How do I manage this please.

Hi

See MVP Doug Knox's Tip "How to Share OE (Mail/News/Address Book) between Users
in Windows XP" here:

Thanks, but the problem is not with outlook, but with XP
accounts. I need to refer the e-mail icons all to the
same e-mail accout. Any suggestions please.

Steve

Hi

It is an Outlook Express user identity issue really and not a Windows XP
account issue so Carey's advice was relevant. Anyway, I have given you the
answer in my other post...
