All users same desktop

Running XP Pro on home pc with 4 user accounts. Accounts
were created with "Admin" and set to "limited". If 1 user
makes change to desktop all users see the change and all
users are able to access all software.. Any answers??

Copy the shortcut in question from Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop to Documents and Settings\<username>\Desktop for the user that you want to have the shortcut. Then delete the original. The same applies for the Start Menu.
 
Thanks for your reply. Actually I'm trying to get rid of
the shortcuts. If I delete them in the "All Users" folder
their gone on all user desktops. If I add the shortcuts
on the admin desktop, it adds on all users
desktops...Help!!
