All Server Printers missing in Client Session

Hello,
I have a problem with printers on terminal services. I
added network printers from another server to a new
Terminal Server using account "administrator" but only
power users see those printers!? Non-Power users have to
add them manually to use them!!

On another TS machine _all_ users see _all_ printers
installed by administrator, be it network or local
printers. I couldn't find any registry entry or setting.

Any help greatly appreciated!

I forgot, its a win2k terminal server,
and the old server where adding printers works for all
users is a Win2k TS as domain controller.
