ALL PROGRAMS wont open

The problem is not that I cant open programs, its that
the ALL PROGRAMS on the start menu wont work. This
problem has happened on about 30 computers I have but it
did not happen all at the same time. If I change the
start menu to classic, the programs says its empty. There
is no group policy set. I have run a virus scan(McAfee)
and spyware(Spykiller) scan and nothing was found. I have
been watching the news groups and other people are
haveing the same problem.

Since you're not getting an answer in this networking news group, I
recommend posting your question in microsoft.public.windowsxp.general.
Someone there should be able to help.

Well then I'll throw in my random guess

regsvr32 %windir%\system32\shell32.dll

click ok on the dialog it produces.
