When I click start/all programs, there are so many that I can't se the most
recently installed ones. Is it possible to reduce the size of the type or
something so I can see them all?

Hi,

Open Windows Explorer by right clicking the start button and choosing the
option to "explore all users", then click on the programs folder. Create new
group folders (file/new/folder) and drag the various shortcuts and other
program folders into it. Basically organize your programs menu into
something more manageable.

You can change the type size, but the program menu is not the only thing
that will be affected and some of those may affect your use of the system
adversely.

As Rick said, you need to organize your start > programs entries.
Create a few new folders and move the program entries into them
according to the program's function. A few suggestions for group
folders would be: Accessories, Audio-Visual, Education & Reference,
Games, Graphics, iPod, Internet, Microsoft, Security, Utilities, and
Word Processing. Your preferences may differ...that's up to you.

Having created the group folders, you can then move Adobe Photoshop
entry into Graphics; and MS AntiVirus into Security or Microsoft
folders; and Mozilla Firefox into the Internet folder.

It takes work but it's well worth the effort.
