When I open the Start Tab in Win XP Home, there is no longer a link for All
programs. The list is still there in documents and settings, but the link is
completely gone

WinXP Pro only :
1) Start | Run | Type: gpedit.msc
2) Under User Configuration, Expand "Administrative Templates-Start Menu and Taskbar"
3) Right side, double click "Remove All Programs list from the Start Menu" and set it
to "Not Configured"

WinXP Home/Pro :
1) Start | Run | Type: regedit
2) Expand: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
3) Right side, delete the value "NoStartMenuMorePrograms"
4) Restart Explorer or Log off/Log on
