all programs display not wide enough

When I click on START and then on ALL PROGRMS the display isn't wide enough
to show the complete names in the last column.
How do I configure to make it work?

Rename the longer entries.

which shows all programs in one column view with a scroll button at the

Customize > Advanced > CHECK Scroll Programs

I dislike the Scroll programs option so I never think about it to suggest
it.
