all my mail is stuck in the outbox and remains unsent

i have spent 2hrs already reading these threads and going to all the
recommended sites. when i try to download the windows vista attatchments all
i get is "does not apply to your system" and every route i have taken here
leads me to a dead end.....please help

Move any messages that will move, from your Outbox to the Drafts Folder.

Go here and download WMutil http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/Default.aspx

Read all the instructions, especially the red sections.

Run it and see if this will remove the stuck message?
 
Are you able to move or delete those messages from the Outbox?
Do you get an error message when you try to send?
