All Message Bodies are the same - recoverable?

So I was moving some email around into various folders, sorting my inbox on
the Windows Mail Client. Now for some reason all the message bodies of one
of my mail folders with about 100 mails in them, have the same message body-
every one!!! The Message Subjects haven't changed, but when you go into the
actual body of teh message it says the same thing - being that of one of my
emails from that folder. I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary. Anyone
experiences this before and have any idea of a resolution? Extremely
irritating and worrying.

Further to this, every sub-folder in my Windows Mail has the same message
body. A different message body for each sub-folder. As soon as I move a
message into a sub-folder it takes on the identical message body of that
subfodler. If that makes any sense? This ONLY happens in subfolders not in
1st level folders. Angry!!

So I closed Windows Mail, navigated down to the directory which seems to be
storing the mails (about 10 directories down) and opened up a few of the
..eml messages in the sub-folders, with notepad, and the actual bodies of
each mail are different, unlike how they are appearing in the client? - i'm
assuming these are the mails. I then close the .eml files, open up Windows
Mail and now all messages in teh sub-fodler I was looking at say "Message
could not be displayed". Go freaking figure!!!

I'm having same problem. Wish Microsoft would fix this bad software.
Windowsmail , for us
