All mail is going in the Junk email folder?

I had this problem too. It started after I tried to set up a redirection of
junk mail to my junk mail folder. After that everything went there even after
I cancelled the redirection. Eventually I found out that if you go to
Tools-Rules & Alerts there was an entry in the e-mail rules section that I
deleted & it cured the problem.
It took me weeeks to sort this out. Good luck.
