Alert setting

Hi,
I need to set the Alert pop-up message on each windows 2000 server
note that on Win NT, Alerts is usually under Server Manager, when yo
click on properties of any server, there is a button for Alert. We nee
to find this on win2000 server.

I'm almost embarrased to admit this, but I've never found this either on
W2K native tools. I just use the Server Manager and it works just fine
on W2K machines.
