Hi
AFAIK this message only appears in shared workbooks/files.
Have you double-checked this?
-----Original Message-----
I have a couple Microsoft Excel Files (2002, SP3) that
when I hit save I get the message "The file 'sample' may
have been changed by another user since you last saved
it. In that case, what do you want to do?" The options
are: Save a copy or Overwrite changes.
As far as I know this is not a shared workgroup or file.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

How do I turn off shared workbook/files? When I check under the Tools-Protection, it says "protect sheets, etc." I can't find anywhere to uncheck such an option. Under Tools-Shared workbook, I have exclusive rights, no options checked. Thanks, Shannon
