aldi steering wheel

I recently bought a Medion steering wheel from Aldi, when
I load the disc a message appears stating ` Installshield
(R) Setup Launcher has encountered a problem... any
ideas.

I have managed to install the drive and test the wheel in the test
section but the wheel won't work with RAC Network Q Rally.
Anyone got any ideas.
