album song samples

When I try to play samples from albums for sale on ,for
example,circuitcity.com or BarnesandNoble.com on windows media player 10
.....unknown Error COOD11CD appears....This didn't happen with media player
9.....or does one think this may have something to do with Service pac Two in
windows XP?

Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error. This can occur when
another program or operating system component encounters a problem but does
not communicate the nature of the problem to Windows Media Player.

Because this generic message can be displayed in a wide variety of
circumstances, there is no single solution.

Sometimes reinstalling WMP10 resolves the problem. Reinstall it overtop of
itself, do not uninstall it first.
