Alarm in access

Hi

I want to set an alarm or some may call it a reminder so that the user
enters the reminder time and message. The alarm is to popup on the
screen at the time set. Also the user should click a button on that
alarm otherwise the alarm keeps popping up every x minutes.
i want to be able to set more that one alarm at a time

Any ideas
