I am looking for an alarm-clock program that knows about sunrise. I
would like to set an alarm for, say, 5 minutes before sunrise each
day. The actual time of the alarm would change each day as the time of
sunrise changes.

TIA

Does the device need to cater for cloudy days? Now that's technically
superior if it could handle that...

Buy a rooster - but it does start a little early.

I eat my peas with honey.
I've done it all my life.
It makes the peas taste funny.
But it keeps them on my knife.
