Is 6.14.10.6553 the most current driver for my card?
If it is, what would be causing my screen to get huge lines of pixels
that don't block my screen, just make it very hard to read?

Using this on my box:

comcast cable

aiw 9600 xt

mmc version 9.08 have also used mmc version 9.06.1

Driver version: 8.162.00 which show under details...6.14, and further
checking each file...
6.14.10.0064
6.14.10.4200
6.14.10.5279
6.14.10.0025
6.14.10.4118
