S.O.S freinds. How are you guys. Send me to the right group to correct this
problems. It is being two weeks since, when I turn on the PC window installer
is asking me to install above software. The only new in my PC is IE 7 Beta.

does your motherboard support checking for BIOS updates at boottime ?

have a look in control panel , generally an applet is installed with your OS
(where you can disable hte BIOS update checking)

again , this is only guessing on my part , i do not recognize the "AiOS"
name
