F Fred Smith May 7, 2008 #3 OK. You have two choices. One, Google "aging report" -- you will get lots of examples. Two, tell us what your spreadsheet looks like. Where is the amount, current date, date to age, aging rules (30, 60, 90 days?), etc. Regards, Fred/
