agere pci soft modem update

What is and where do I get the latest update for this driver? I can't download it from the agere site and am not sure which is best. I need it for the Agere / Lucent PCI soft modem on Windows XP Pro

I would appreciate and info. Someone said there was one on microsoft, but I can't find it.

'Aida32' (from link below) will give a mass of information about your
machine and it's components. The program needs no installation and will run
from within it's own folder.
The program will also (often as not) give you a link to the manufacturer of
a component, so as to download drivers.

I have the same modem. Same problem with XP-Pro. Also same problem with US Robotics modem
