after running Adware I deleted some files how do I get them back?

I had some problems and got Adware. I recently ran Adware and had some bugs
and I thought I was deleting only them. Instead it deleted the whole file
they were in. Something like----program/wildtangent/Apps/cdaengine-0400
and
progra/NewDot/NewDot2.bu
how do I get these back. when I first boot my computer and little box comes
in and says can't find "SUCH AND SUCH". I ran my applications CD to
reinstall but can't find those files. Can some one help please? Also
sometimes when I am runnin internet explorer I can't close some of the
programs? I press X and it just gives a dong, then I have to push
ctrl-alt-delete and end the task. Any answers. I hope so. I've only had
this computer two months and I don't understand some of the things.

not have taken anything you absolutly needed try finding
the programs that had those files in them, uninstal them
and look for new downloads for them. if you have only had
your puter for two months chances are they are allon
your reinstal disk anyway.
