After I added a new profile to Outlook to enable me to sync two palm devices,
my settings got all messed up. My email on my original profile does not
work. And I want to chang the name of my original profile. Please help.

Create a new one. Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>Add
 
I had to switch from regular email settings to exchange server to add the
profle. Now my email doesn't work. Also how do I change the name of my
original profile from "Outlook Internet Settings" to just my name?
