After downloading 'Hotbar' outlook has become corrupted; slowing down the
application and not allowing me to send or receive emails. How do I resolve
the situation?
 
Outlook is not corrupted; you installed Spyware which negatively effect
Outlook's performance. Remove the Hotbar software and use a spyware removal
tool like MS Anti-Spyware to remove the spyware.
