AERO Desktop Alt-Tab not working

It was working fine a few days ago but ahs since stopped and went back to
the normal method. IS there a setting for this that I am not seeing?

VISTA Ultimate with a score of 5.0

If you mean Flip 3D, its WIN-TAB, not ALT-TAB (The key with the Windows
logo on it + TAB brings up Flip 3D).
