adware not cleaned

The popup apparently addressed http://Z1.adserver.com
inviting the installation of a registry cleaner is
occurring hourly on my screen followed by a
vbscript:registry cleaner dialogue box. Three adware
cleaners including microsoft's beta is not finding it.
help?!
 
I'd recommend posting a HijackThis log in a spyware forum.

Go to www.aumha.org

In the left column, click on Freeware.

In the left column, click on HijackThis.

Download the application, and read the explanatory material, including the
link to the forum for posting logs, on the right.

Run HijackThis, and post your log to the forum there.

Let us know how it goes.
